In February, Blue Ash City Council approved a 180-unit townhome development to be located at the Neighborhoods at Summit Park.
The project, now dubbed Arabella, will be nestled between the rehab hospital and Daventry.
The development will include attached and detached townhomes as well as flats in three condo buildings.
