Blue Ash-based Prosource has announced it is acquiring Springdale-based PBSI Technology Solutions, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Prosource, one of the region’s largest private companies, is a business technology provider. PBSI is a tech company that specializes in voice, data, and security.
The announcement comes on the heels of a record year for Prosource. The company's business grew nearly 40 percent in 2021.
