The Landing I building in Blue Ash is getting some enhancements to entice workers back to the office.
VanTrust Real Estate LLC is in the process of adding a fitness center, lounge, café, and conference rooms to the 176,000-square-foot office building adjacent to Summit Park, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
The upgrades are expected to make the property more attractive to tenants and entice workers back to the office.
