CoStrategix, a digital and data solutions company, celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters in Blue Ash with an open house and ribbon-cutting on Friday, November 18.
CoStrategix relocated to Blue Ash to accommodate its growing team. The new office serves as a cultural hub where employees (aka Gixers) can collaborate with each other and with clients. Managing client accounts and working on team projects requires close collaboration and communication. Having a comfortable office space facilitates connectivity and fun social interactions, which drives innovation and customer value, according to a news release from CoStrategix.
“Just like good software requires good hardware, our team and our culture (software) require collaborative spaces (hardware) to drive impactful outcomes for our customers in today’s digital world. The underlying design thoughtfully integrates work-from-office and work-from-home experiences so our team can be at their best,” said Nan Jayaram, CEO.

The new office was designed for a flexible hybrid work environment with numerous collaboration spaces, both small and large. It also has a game room, wellness room, stocked kitchen area, and garden wall (coming soon), and is within walking distance of Summit Park. Among its competitive benefits package, CoStrategix also now offers wellness reimbursement to the Blue Ash Recreation Center for its employees.
