Lee and Associates has signed a lease for the entire second floor of 10260 Alliance Road, according to RE Journals.
The sixth-largest commercial real estate firm in the region, currently located at 10123 Alliance Road, is expected to move into the new office space early next year.
Ohio National, the building’s owner, expects to see many more leases for the Blue Ash market.
