Blue Ash City Council has unanimously approved construction of a $100 million residential complex featuring attached and detached townhomes and condos for the Neighborhoods at Summit Park (NASP).

WP Land Co. LLC’s project will bring 180 homes to the development with a price range of $400,000 to $800,000.

“We are excited to round out the residential options for our mixed-use development,” said Blue Ash Economic Development Director Neil Hensley. “This is a great opportunity for those who want to live in Blue Ash. It is also a plus for companies that choose to locate in NASP. They can now recruit employees who are looking for the full gamut of residential options within walking distance of their office.”

The timeline for completion is three to five years, depending on demand, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier
