Blue Ash-based Payload is helping to make the home buying process a little easier.
Through a product called Earnestly, the company is eliminating the need for paper checks when homebuyers make a down payment.
Several real estate agencies have signed up to use the service, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Payload hopes to expand Earnestly to handle agent fees and closing payments in the future.
Payload co-founder Ryan Rybolt also launched a company that processes credit card payments, Infinitech. It is now located in Blue Ash.
