M3COM today announced they are opening a new office in Blue Ash on August 31 to support their strategic plan for sustainable growth and 24/7/365 service, as a growing provider of global cloud and telecom business solutions, according to a news release from the company.
“We have several customers in the region, and Cincinnati has always impressed us with all the city has to offer, including its vibrant tech community. As we pursue opportunities to serve more of the enterprise business community in the Midwest, Cincinnati was an easy decision,” said Jeffery B. Freitas, President/CEO of M3COM.
M3COM’s Ohio office at 9999 Carver Road, will serve as their primary Customer Support Center (CSC) which will house the U.S. Network Operations Center (NOC), according to the release.
