Real Estate firm invests in Blue Ash and attracts new companies

Neyer Properties provides complete commercial real estate solutions and pursues land and building sites in key locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. A little more than a year ago, the company acquired Vista Business Center in Blue Ash and the occupancy rate is already at 66 percent.

The other new tenants are endevis, a Toledo-based talent acquisition firm, and River Valley Physicians, a local/regional management services and group purchasing organization serving pediatric and other independent primary care practices.

Neyer Properties recently acquired another Blue Ash commercial property, Fountain Pointe I and II.  The buildings have more than 177,000 square feet, and according to the company's website, it plans to renovate the lobby, common corridors and restrooms and will update the landscaping. 

In a press release on Neyer Properties' website, Dan Neyer, President and CEO, stated, "We believe and recognize the strength of the Blue Ash market.  Fountain Pointe is a quality asset in a quality location."
