Dover Business Services has signed a five-year lease for 36,000 square feet of office space in Blue Ash.
Dover, a global manufacturer, will be located in the Blue Ash Corporate Center with a state-of-the-art shared service center. Approximately 80 DBS employees will work out of this center.
“We are excited about the future of DBS as it supports Dover’s growth in North America,” said DBS President Gary Kennon. “I am confident our modern facility and access to the top talent in the Blue Ash area will enable us to continue to deliver on our vision: seamless execution and service,” he said.
According to a press release from the company, the new space will be operational by the end of 2017 and support finance, HR, and IT functions.
“Blue Ash is a strategic location for us and we look to expand our service offerings,” said Matt Garofoli, vice president of operations for DBS. “The access to a major business hub like Cincinnati, and the work life environment of the area makes this the perfect fit for our operations.”
DBS also operates shared service centers in Child, the Philippines, and Scotland.
