Blue Ash-based LSI is making moves to double its revenue with the acquisition of EMI, based in Florida.
LSI, a commercial lighting maker, acquired EMI, a fixtures manufacturer and installation provider, in a $50 million deal.
The move increases LSI’s workforce to 2,000.
LSI is aiming to increase sales to $800 million by 2028.
