The Downtown Design Review Committee (DDRC) reviews plans for new construction and exterior alterations in the D-1 zoning district. The DDRC meets only when required; there are no regularly scheduled meetings.

Information Sheet

The DDRC is a seven member committee appointed by the City Manager. Its authority is in Chapter 1159 D-1 Downtown Commercial District. The application and approval processes and decision criteria are contained within the Zoning Code, the 1982 Master Plan for the Development of Downtown Blue Ash, and the 2006 Blue Ash Town Center - Concept Redevelopment Plan.
